This new subdivision is located east of Belton outside city limits in Belton ISD. It features estate sized lots (1 acre and larger), many with trees and views, perfect for our large custom floor plans.
These 5 acre lots are located in a country setting close to I-35 just outside the city of Eddy in the Bruceville-Eddy school district. We are featuring 2700-2800 square foot modern farmhouse styled homes on these lots.
These oversized lots are just right for those desiring extra space but still wanting to be close to town and all of the conveniences that provides. Located on Cedar Creek Road, on the north side of Temple, these lots are outside the city limits and in Troy ISD.
